Facebooks Ads Project – Home Pros Group One Price
Facebook Ads is the method Home Pros Group decided to use when they changed the way they offer their furnace and duct cleaning prices that differ from the way that is currently done standard in the industry. As we learned during this project the world of duct cleaning pricing is very confusing with many different charges that are meant to confuse the customer into thinking that they are getting a deal but in reality, they end up paying more money with all the extra fees.
Home Pros Group wanted to create an easy way that the customer would know exactly what they will be paying for the service before the technician even arrives at their home and come up with the “one price" model for this service. The one price model eliminates the confusing pricing structure that is currently offered with a simple $295.00 full-service cleaning with no additional charges.
Once we here at Wood Buffalo Design understood what Home Pros was trying to accomplish we all agreed that a video with a squeeze page and ultra-targeted Facebook ads would be the best way to roll this program out.
Step One: We started with a video that would quickly explain the program.
Step Two: We created a squeeze page that would encourage the client to click the book now button or call into Home Pros to book the service.
Step Three: Was to create a custom Facebook ads campaign that targeted their potential clients at a very affordable ad spend that showed well above average returns for Home Pros.
We are able to use our advanced Facebook targeting techniques so that only people who are more likely to use the services of Home Pros Group are going to see this advertisement saving our clients a pile of money on ad spend.
This method of advertising has astronomically higher returns than other more traditional media"s such as radio or print advertising.
Results Of Project
The customer was super happy with the results of a $500.00 ad spend which netted them 45 new customers and over $13,275 in revenue. This means their current ad spend was $72.00 per customer including production cost on the video and squeeze page compared to $225.00 per customer when they sent out their last print advertising. Their total spent on this promotion was 25% of the revenue brought in when they run the promotion a second time with the same ad spend and the management fee of $1000.00 their cost per customer will drop to $33.33 per customer or 11% of projected revenue.
Update September 2017
Home Pros Group decided to take part in our new proximity marketing program by purchasing 4 Buffalo Chips and a Sales Funnel (landing page) on a monthly contract. The results for the first week of the program are fantastic! Home Pros have seen 10,000 local impressions, 120 website views, and booked 8 furnace cleaning calls as a result of the program. That is an amazing 6% return of advertising. Their total cost for this service is $325.00 per month and in the first week alone seen $2,360 in sales, with a suspected 30% margin they would have made an additional $708.00 in the first week of the program.
